Scraps of Evidence by Barbara Cameron, ©2014 ~ Quilts of Love series

ScrapsOfEvidence With five murders of young women, leads to the discovery of the serial killer are slim. Years earlier Detective Tess Villanova's best friend was murdered and an insignia imprinted on her neck. A recent corpse has the same branding, reopening the case for Detective Villanova and her newly arrived partner on the police force, Detective Logan McMillan. He has transferred to St. Augustine from Chicago. It is hoped that a fresh aspect will come to the surface as Detective McMillan looks anew at the clues left behind.

In reading the stories in the Quilts of Love series, Scraps of Evidence, a light mystery, did have a quilt that became an important part.

She is the author of more than 38 fiction and nonfiction books, three nationally televised movies, and the winner of the first Romance Writers of America Golden Heart Award. Barbara is a former newspaper reporter. Some of her non-fiction titles include the “Everything Weddings on a Budget Book” and “Her Restless Heart: A Woman’s Longing for Love and Acceptance.” Cameron currently resides in Edgewater, Florida.
